Cake salé au jambon et aux olives (Savoury cake perfect for an aperitif!)

Ingredients

  • 150 g of plain flour

  • 200 g of ham (thick cut) or diced bacon

  • 150 g of stoneless green olives

  • 75 g of grated gruyere

  • 4 eggs

  • 100 ml de lait

  • 1 packet of instant yeast (7g)

  • 1 tbs of oliver oil


Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven at 180°C (thermostat 6).

  2. Slice the olives and cut the ham in small cubes

  3. In a bowl mix the flour and the eggs

  4. Mix-in the milk and the oil

  5. Add the ham / bacon, cheese and olives

  6. Add the yeast and give it a good old mix!

  7. Put in the oven for 45 min.
