Cake salé au jambon et aux olives (Savoury cake perfect for an aperitif!)

Ingredients
150 g of plain flour
200 g of ham (thick cut) or diced bacon
150 g of stoneless green olives
75 g of grated gruyere
4 eggs
100 ml de lait
1 packet of instant yeast (7g)
1 tbs of oliver oil
Preparation
Preheat the oven at 180°C (thermostat 6).
Slice the olives and cut the ham in small cubes
In a bowl mix the flour and the eggs
Mix-in the milk and the oil
Add the ham / bacon, cheese and olives
Add the yeast and give it a good old mix!
Put in the oven for 45 min.
